Guest access

Guests will be provided with a personal 4-digit entry code the day before arrival. This code will be active the day of arrival from 30 minutes prior to the check-in time until 30 minutes after check-out time on the day of departure. This same 4-digit code can be used to disarm the Simplisafe Security System should you decide to set it while you are away or retired for the evening. But please don't take the presence of an alarm system as an indication of the kind of area you are staying in. Country Lane at Lake Wells is a wonderful, quiet community with very friendly neighbors. You'll feel the peacefulness when you've come out to the porch to "Set a spell". Relaxing around the fire pit...remembering the days' explorations...You will say..."This is My Mountain Escape!"

Additional notes

As dog owners ourselves, we know how important it is to have your pets close and safe. We have included gates on the porch access areas designed to keep dogs securely on the porch with easy access to the dog yard area. Please be sure to always completely latch the gates before allowing your dogs to roam the porch. We have also provided a doggie poop station for your convenience. Please be sure to pick up after your dog(s). We (and our guests) sincerely thank you for your consideration in this area.

As Super Hosts, we know that privacy, peace and quiet are important to our guests. As such, we will not disturb you unless a matter of importance needs to be communicated. However, feel free to call or text should you have any questions are concerns what so ever. We are always available to insure your stay is the best experience ever.

House Rules

1) Please...No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. There are covered, stainless-steel ashtrays provided on the porch.

2) All garbage placed in the outside bin must be bagged. No loose trash please. Garbage collection is on Tuesday.

3) We love dogs! But please indicate the number of pets, sizes and breeds during the booking process. Be kind and pick up after your dog...especially in the yard. Please make a thorough walk-around before departure to insure no "Doggie Landmines".

Note: There is a security camera at the main entrance along with a video doorbell. All devices show exterior spaces only and do not view the cabin interior spaces.
