The space

Spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite baths and generously appointed kitchen insure your stay at Goldyloks’ Cottage will be “Just Right!”.

Guest access

Upon arrival, your relaxation begins with easy access by way of a Smart-Lock set to your unique and personal 4-digit code. This same code can be used with the Simplisafe Security System. This allows you to set the alarm pad located near the front door when you are away or when you retire at night and deactivate it with your lock code. Motion-sensitive exterior lighting and security cameras also keep you safe around the clock…but these are only a formality because the neighborhood is wonderful. To insure your privacy, all cameras are outside and mounted in such a way as to capture only exterior areas such as the front door, driveway, back porch and backyard/fire pit area.

Additional notes

Being centrally located with easy access to Murphy NC and Blairsville GA, this is the perfect “base camp” for visiting the area vineyards and breweries, spending the day hiking or white-water rafting. With gentle, hard-surface roads all the way, it is great for motorcyclists looking to ride The Gauntlet or Tail of the Dragon.

Neighborhood overview

The Cabins at Lake Wells is a quiet, well kept community with plenty of room between the homes to provide the privacy you desire.

Getting around

The neighborhood is very nice to stroll down to the lake or dam without requiring mountain climbing boots and gear. And it is easily accessible by any car, bike and motorcycle. No 4-wheel needed here. Never be concerned about getting stuck.

House Rules

1) Please...No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. There are covered, stainless-steel ashtrays provided on the porch.

2) All garbage placed in the outside bin must be bagged. No loose trash please. Garbage collection is on Tuesday.

3) We love dogs! But please indicate the number of pets, sizes and breeds during the booking process. Be kind and pick up after your dog...especially in the yard. Please make a thorough walk-around before departure to insure no "Doggie Landmines".

Note: There is a security camera at the main entrance along with a video doorbell. There is also a camera on the fire pit area for safety purposes. All devices show exterior spaces only and do not view the cabin interior spaces.
